The database is supplied with data from several administrative sources:

Six directories:
- the ADELI file (Computerisation of lists: record of diplomas of health and social professionals, and psychologists), file managed by the Research, Studies, Appraisal and Statistics department (Drees) of the Ministry of Health;
- the RPPS management body, healthcare professions associations managed by the comitee of Regulated Health Professions;
- the FINESS file (national file of health and social service establishments) also managed by Drees of the Ministry for Health;
- the RAMSESE file (academic and ministerial list of educational establishments) managed by the appraisal, planning and performance department (Depp) of the Ministry for Education;
- the SIRENE register (National Enterprise and Establishment Register) managed by INSEE;
- RES (the census of sports facilities), created by the Ministry for Sports and related to sports and leisure facilities.

…and 15 centralised administrative files:
- the services open to the public of the Gendarmerie force like the proximity squads;
- hotels and camping sites' files used like database for INSEE surveys about the frequency of visiting in hotels and camping sites;
- the police services like police stations or police branches;
- the agricultural teaching establishments like agricultural secondary schools or agricultural apprentices;
- the courts managed by the Ministry of law;
- the postal contacts points managed by the corporate La Poste;
- theaters-circle pole-street arts, with and without label, stemming from the database of the ARTCENA ex-NCT (National Center of the Theater);
- Cinemas, including "arthouse", derived from the database managed by the CNC (National Film Centre);
- job center providing from the database of the public service of employment assistance;
- petrol stations resulting from file of data.gouv.fr of the Ministry of Economy and finances;
- airports extracted from the database of the General Directorate Civil Aviation (DGAC);
- Railway Passenger Stations from the database of the SNCF (French National Railway Company);
- Museums and conservatories from the database managed by the Ministry for Culture;
- The "young child's institution" file extract from CNAF (data.caf.fr).

For sources Ministry in charge of the Economy, DGAC and SNCF, the general Commissionship in the sustainable development, the service of the observation and transmits them to the Insee for integration in the BPE.
