• Number of employees in 4 modalities for the employer part:
  A = Between 0 and 4 employees
  B = Between 5 and 9 employees
  C = Between 10 and 49 employees
  D = Between 50 and 199 employees
  E = 200 employees or more

The interrogation unit is the association, identified by its SIREN number if it is listed in Siren, its RNA number if it comes from the National Directory of Associations and its AMALIA number if it comes from the Alsace-Moselle register of associations.

The total scope of the « Associations » survey is that of associations governed, on the one hand, by the law of first july 1901 land on the other hand, by Alsace-Moselle local law:

• active (having existed) at least one day in 2024,

• located in France (metropolitan France and overseas departments including Mayotte),

• and present in the Sirène directory or the national directory of associations (RNA) or the Alsace-Moselle register of associations at the end of 2024.

For associations present in the Sirène directory, the scope of the Associations survey is defined by legal category 92, with the exception of unregistered associations (9210), associations of lawyers with individual professional responsibility (legal category 9224) and religious congregations (9240) which are not under the regime of the law of 1901.

For associations absent from the Sirène directory but present in the National Directory of Associations (RNA) or the Alsace-Moselle register of associations, no field restriction is applied since this directories contain only associations under the 1901 law or the Alsace-Moselle local law.
