In Q4 2010, according to provisional results, prices of second-hand dwellings edged up 2.4% (sa & wda data, of which +2.5% for houses and +2.3% for flats). This rise followed five others.

Year-on-year, prices are up too: +9.5%, of which +9.1% for flats and +9.9% for houses.
