According to entrepreneurs surveyed in September 2009, the decline in activity diminishes in the construction industry. The synthetic indicator of business climate rose two points to 93.
According to entrepreneurs surveyed in September 2009, the decline in activity diminishes in the construction industry. The synthetic indicator of business climate rose two points to 93.
For the first time since April 2008 the turning-point indicator clearly moves up in the favorable area with a positive value close to 1. However, the indicator value for the last month may be revised next month: we should wait at least two consecutive months to analyze a wide variation as a significant cyclical change.
