The National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (Insee) and the Economic Section for Defence (OED) have been co-operating from October 2015 to June 2016 to implement a quality approach into the census of government employees (CGE), in compliance with the European Statistics Code Of Practice. A complete and orderly review of the process has been carried out with the aim of assessing the effectiveness and efficiency in relation to the set goals. A risk analysis has been conducted to identify the possible damages which could have an effect on the process quality and to implement, depending on the hazards identified, corrective actions and/or preventive actions.
