The All employees database is a statistical database about all employees, produced from administrative declarations of their employers : the «Déclaration Sociale Nominative» (DSN) form which has replaced the « Déclaration Annuelle de Données Sociales » (DADS) form, and forms filled by individuals employers (of household employees).
