Dissemination is the subject of a national tweet, and can be the subject of regional tweets.

Since 2023, dissemination has been supplemented by a "communication operation" at regional level. Data files that are more synthetic than the national dissemination are sent to the study and dissemination services (SED) of INSEE's regional directorates - which can then communicate these data to data-journalists.
