The scope of the survey is the same every year.

The data from the EACEI 2022 survey can be partially supplemented by the Survey of Energy Consumption and Pollution Investments in Small Establishments with Less than 20 Employees (ECEI-PE) 2014 by being vigilant about differences in scope: ECEI-PE, in addition to the four-years lag, surveys establishments with 1 to 19 employees and only focuses on a limited number of energies.
