In Q3 2025, the house prices of metropolitan France were virtually stable: -0.1% (seasonally-adjusted data), after -0.3% in Q2 2025.
Prices for second-hand dwellings were stable (after -0.3% in Q2 2025). Prices for new dwellings fell after four quarters of increases or near stability (-0.4%, after +0.1%).

In Q3 2025, the house prices of metropolitan France were virtually stable: -0.1% (seasonally-adjusted data), after -0.3% in Q2 2025.
Prices for second-hand dwellings were stable (after -0.3% in Q2 2025). Prices for new dwellings fell after four quarters of increases or near stability (-0.4%, after +0.1%).
Year on year, house prices rose
Year on year, house prices increased for the third quarter in a row: +0.7% in Q3 2025, as in Q2 2025. New dwellings prices rose (+1.1%, after +2.1%) more than those of second-hand dwellings (+0.7%, after +0.5%).
