In February 2025, the prices of frequently purchased goods sold in hyper and supermarkets, and those sold in large and predominantly food stores, were stable over a month, after being almost stable in January (‑0.1%).
Excluding hyper and supermarkets, prices of frequently purchased goods rose by 0.3% over a month, after being almost stable in January (+0.1%).
Considering all kinds of stores, the prices of frequently purchased goods were almost stable over a month: +0.1%, after ‑0.1% in January.
Year on year, the prices of frequently purchased goods sold in hyper and supermarkets decreased again
Compared to those of the same month last year, the prices of frequently purchased goods sold in hyper and supermarkets decreased again: ‑0.6%, after ‑0.5% in January. In large and predominantly food stores, prices decreased year on year at the same rate as in January: ‑0.4%.
