In Q4 2015, dwellings maintenance and improvement work price index (IPEA) decreased by 0.1%; it was stable during the previous quarter. Over a year, it rose by 0.3%.
In Q4 2015, dwellings maintenance and improvement work price index (IPEA) decreased by 0.1%; it was stable during the previous quarter. Over a year, it rose by 0.3%.
In Q4, prices increased mainly in roofing activities (+1.2%). On the contrary, they decreased notably in plumbing (−0.7%), in electrical installation (−0.6%) and in painting and floor and wall covering (−0.3%).
Compared to Q4 2014, prices increased in roofing activities (+1.3%), metal joinery works (+1.2%), heat and air-conditioning installation (+0.7%), wood and PVC joinery works (+0.4%). On the contrary, prices decreased in painting and floor and wall covering (−0.3%).
Producer cost index in specialised construction in existing buildings (ICP-43BTR) decreased slightly in Q4 2015 (−0.2% q-o-q), and fell by 0.6% over a year.
