In Q2 2015, house prices remained practically stable (+0.1%) compared to the previous quarter (not-seasonally adjusted raw data). Prices of second-hand dwellings stagnated while prices of new dwellings rose (+0.8%).

Year-on-year, house prices still decreased
Compared to the same quarter last year, house prices decreased in Q2 2015 (–2.2% after –2.0% in Q1 2015). This decrease is due to second-hand dwellings which prices went down by 2.7% year-on-year, while prices of new dwellings increased (+2.4%).
Revisions
The index is revised to include transactions recorded after the last publication. Compared to the previous publication (July 2015), the evolution of housing prices in Q1 2015 is downscaled by 0.5 point : it stands at –1.0% instead of –0.5%, due to second-hand dwellings prices revision.
