In the third quarter of 2014, dwellings maintenance and improvement work price index (IPEA) is flat like in the previous quarter. Over a year, IPEA rose by 0.7%, while “maintenance and improvement cost index” (BT50) increased this quarter (+0.3%) and over a year (+0.2%).
In the third quarter of 2014, dwellings maintenance and improvement work price index (IPEA) is flat like in the previous quarter. Over a year, IPEA rose by 0.7%, while “maintenance and improvement cost index” (BT50) increased this quarter (+0.3%) and over a year (+0.2%).
Prices increased in the second quarter in plastering (+0.5%), metal joinery (+0.3%) and wood and PVC joinery works (+0.3%).
Prices are virtualy flat in roofing activities (–0.1%), in masonry works and building structural works (–0.1%), in plumbing (–0.1%) and in heat and air-conditioning installation (–0.1%).
However, prices declined slowly in electricity (–0,2 %) and in painting and floor and wall covering (–0.2%).
