In Q1 2014, house prices decreased by 1.0% compared with the previous quarter; the prices of new dwellings declined by 0.5% while those of second-hand dwellings decreased by 1.0%.
Year-on-year, house prices decreased
Compared with the same quarter last year, house prices decreased by 1.4% in Q1 2014; the downward pressures came from the drop of second-hand dwellings (—1.7%) while the prices of the new dwellings still increased (+1.0%).
