In the third quarter of 2015, dwellings maintenance and improvement work price index (IPEA) was stable (after +0.1% in the previous quarter). Over a year, it rose by 0.3%.
In the third quarter of 2015, dwellings maintenance and improvement work price index (IPEA) was stable (after +0.1% in the previous quarter). Over a year, it rose by 0.3%.
In the third quarter, prices were flat in plumbing, roofing activities, electrical installation and plastering and virtually flat in painting and floor and wall covering (–0.1%) and heat and air-conditioning installation (–0.1%). They decreased in wood and PVC joinery works (–0.3%), but they increased slightly in masonry works and building structural works metal joinery works (+0.2%) and in ironwork and in plastering (+0.2%).

Producer cost index in specialised construction in existing buildings (ICP-43BTR) increased slightly in the third quarter of 2015 (+0.2%), and rose by 0.4% over a year.
