In July 2014, manufacturing output went down slightly (–0.3%), after an increase in June (+1.6%). Output increased slightly in industrial production as a whole (+0.2%, after +1.2% in June 2014).
In July 2014, manufacturing output went down slightly (–0.3%), after an increase in June (+1.6%). Output increased slightly in industrial production as a whole (+0.2%, after +1.2% in June 2014).
Manufacturing output decreased by 1.5% over the last three months…
During the last three months (q-o-q), output weakened in the manufacturing sector (–1.5%) as well as in industry as a whole (–0.6%).
Output declined in other manufacturing (–1.6%), in the manufacture of electrical and electronic equipment; machine equipment (–1.7%), in the manufacture of food products and beverages (–1.3%) as well as in the manufacture of transport equipment (–0.7%). Output declined once again in the manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products (–9.0%).
… and by 0.9% over the year.
Manufacturing output went down by 0.9% (y-o-y).
Output decreased in other manufacturing (–0.7%) and in the manufacture of electrical and electronic equipment; machine equipment (–2.2%). It declined moderately in the manufacture of food products and beverages (–0.8%). On contrary, output increased in the manufacture of transport equipment (+1.9%). Output plummeted in the manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products (–15.6%).

In July 2014, output went down slightly in other manufacturing (–0.5%)…
Output went down in other manufacturing (–0.5%). In particular, output decreased in the manufacture of basic metals and fabricated metal products, except machinery and equipment products (–1.0%), in other manufacturing; repair and installation of machinery and equipment (–0.9%), in the manufacture of rubber and plastics products, and other non-metallic mineral products (–1.0%). However, output increased in the manufacture of chemicals and chemical products (+1.4%) and in the manufacture of textiles, wearing apparel, leather and related products (+0.5%).
…and in the manufacture of transport equipment (–0.4%).
Output declined in the manufacture of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers (–3.4%) but increased for the second month in a row in the manufacture of other transport equipment (+2.1%).
Production inscreased in « Mining and quarrying; energy; water supply; waste management » (+1.8 %)
Production increased sharply in electricity, gas, steam and air-conditioning supply (+2.1%).
Output increased in the manufacture of electrical and electronic equipment; machine equipment (+1.1%).
Output grew in the manufacture of computer, electronic and optical products (+2.3%), in the manufacture of electrical equipment (+1.6%) and very slightly in the manufacture of machinery and equipment n.e.c. (+0.2%).
Output bounced back in the manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products (+2.4%).
