Slight increase in employment in Q2 2014 (flash estimate) Flash estimate of payroll employment - 2nd Quarter 2014

In Q2 2014, payroll employment in principally market sectors raised q-o-q (+15,300 jobs), after a decrease in the previous quarter (-21,700). Industry and construction dropped this quarter, whereas services recovered. Excluding temporary work, employment remained stable in Q2 2014 (+2,800 jobs).

Increase in temporary employment

Temporary employment improved this quarter (+12,500 jobs), remaining at the level of mid 2013.
