In March 2012, new orders received in industry (except heavy transport equipment) were almost stable (-0.1%) after a slight increase in February (+0.2%). Non-domestic new orders decreased by 1.3%.

Non-domestic new orders decreased by 1.3%.
Over the last quarter, new orders increased in industry (+1.6%)
During the last quarter (q-o-q), new orders increased in the “other manufacturing” sector (+2.0%) and in the car industry (+4.7%). However, new orders decreased in the “electrical and electronic equipment” (-3.0%).
Compared to last year, new orders are higher (+0.7%)
The last three months’ level of new orders is 0.7% higher than a year ago, as well as non-domestic new orders (+0.4%).
