Near stagnation in payroll employment in Q3 2011 (flash estimate) Flash estimate of payroll employment - 3rd Quarter 2011

In Q3 2011, payroll employment in principally market sectors is expected to almost stagnate q-o-q (+ 7,400 jobs) and to increase by 1.0% y-o-y. This stabilization follows a steady growth of payroll employment in principally market sectors since the beginning of 2010.

In Q3 2011, payroll employment in principally market sectors is expected to almost stagnate q-o-q (+ 7,400 jobs) and to increase by 1.0% y-o-y. This stabilization follows a steady growth of payroll employment in principally market sectors since the beginning of 2010.

Fall of temporary employment

Temporary employment is in decline in Q3 2011 (–3.3%). The number of people employed in temporary jobs had stabilized in the second quarter of 2011 after a continuous increase since Q2 2009.
