In July 2012, the turnover grew compared to June in transportation and storage (+1.2 %), in business support activities (+0.9 %) and in the wholesale trade (+0.5 %). On the contrary, it fell in information and communication (–1.2 %). It was broadly stable in real estate activities (–0.1 %).
Every index in this issue is in value, seasonally and working-day adjusted.
In July 2012, the turnover grew compared to June in transportation and storage (+1.2 %), in business support activities (+0.9 %) and in the wholesale trade (+0.5 %). On the contrary, it fell in information and communication (–1.2 %). It was broadly stable in real estate activities (–0.1 %).
Quarter on quarter (q-o-q), the turnover increased : +1.9 % in the wholesale trade, +1.5 % in business support activities, +1.3 % in transportation and storage, +1.2 % in information and communication and +0.4 % in real estate activities.
Year on year (y-o-y), the turnover expanded : +3.4 % in information and communication, +3.1 % in the wholesale trade, +3.1 % in business support activities, +1.8 % in transportation and storage and +1.1 % in real estate activities.

Revisions
The SA-WDA evolution in June has been revised by +0.3 point in information and communication. The variation, initially announced at –0.9 %, has been corrected at –0.6 % due to the raw data’s revision in the sector of computer programming, consultancy and related activities. In the same period, the SA-WDA evolution has been revised by –0.2 point in business support activities and in real estate activities, and by +0.1 point in the wholesale trade and in transportation and storage.
