In July 2012, the turnover rose in the manufacturing industry (+1.4%) with regard to June. Exports were slightly up (+0.4%).

In July 2012, the turnover rose in the manufacturing industry (+1.4%) with regard to June. Exports were slightly up (+0.4%).

In July 2012, the turnover strongly increased in the manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products (+5.0 %). It also grew in the electrical and electronic equipment; machine equipment (+3.0%), due to the strong bounce in the manufacture of computer, electronic and optical products (+12.5%). The turnover rose in the manufacture of transport equipment (+2.4%) and, to a lesser extent, in the other manufacturing (+0.6%) whereas it was slightly down in the manufacture of food products and beverages (–0.5%).

In July 2012, the turnover of industry as a whole went up by 1.7%. Over the same period, it slightly declined in construction (–0.2%).

In the last quarter (Q/Q–1), the turnover modestly decreased in the manufacturing industry (–0.6%). It noticeably declined in the manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products (–5.4%). It also went down in the manufacture of transport equipment (–1.6%) and in the electrical and electronic equipment; machine equipment (–1.2%). It slightly rose in the manufacture of food products and beverage (+0.6%) and in the other manufacturing (+0.2%).

Year-on-year (Q/Q–4), the turnover increased in the manufacturing industry (+0.5%).
