In Q3 2011, according to provisional results, prices of second-hand dwellings edged up 1.1% (sa data, of which +1.3% for flats and +1.1% for houses). This rise followed eight others.

Year-on-year, prices are up too: +6.7%, of which +9.1% for flats and +4.9% for houses.
