Calculated from the answers of business leaders of the main sectors of activity, the French business climate dropped by two points in april and is 84, still below its long term average (100). The business climate sectoral indicators remained at low levels. The business climate dropped by three points in manufacturing industry, by four points in retail trade and by one point in services. In the building industry, the synthetic indicator rose by one point.
