In March 2011, new orders received in industry (except heavy transport equipment) decreased by 1.2%, after an increase in February (+0.7%; first estimate: +2.4%).
In March 2011, new orders received in industry (except heavy transport equipment) decreased by 1.2%, after an increase in February (+0.7%; first estimate: +2.4%).
Non domestic new orders also decreased in March (–1.1%).
Over the last quarter, new orders increased in industry (+2.4%)
Over the same period, non domestic new orders rose by 5.0% (q-o-q).
New orders increased (q-o-q) by 4.9% in the “other manufacturing” sector and by 6.5% in “electrical and electronic equipment”. They decreased by 7.6% in car industry.
Compared to last year, new orders are higher (+18.0%)
The quarterly level of new orders is 18.0% higher than a year ago.
