In Q2 2010, according to provisional results, prices of second-hand dwellings edged up 1.7% (sa & wda data, of which +1.7% for houses and +1.6% for flats). This rise followed three others (+2.6% in Q1 2010, +1.4% in Q4 2009 and +0.2% in Q3 2009).

Year-on-year, prices are up too: +6.0%, of which +6.2% for flats and +5.8% for houses.
