In large and predominantly food stores, the prices of frequently purchased goods increased by 0.2% in Au-gust 2010. They were steady in July 2010. The year-on-year variation decreased by 0.3% In August 2010, prices were 0.3% lower than those of the year before. In August 2009, prices were 0.2% higher than those of August 2008.
