In June 2010, new orders received in industry (except heavy transport equipment) increased by 0.7%, after a decrease in May (-0.7%; first estimate: -1.2%).
In June 2010, new orders received in industry (except heavy transport equipment) increased by 0.7%, after a decrease in May (-0.7%; first estimate: -1.2%).
Non domestic new orders also increased in May (+1.7%).
Over the second quarter, new orders increased in industry (+1.9%)
In Q2, non domestic new orders rose by 2.5% (q-o-q).
New orders increased by 4.6% (q-o-q) in the “other manufacturing” sector. On the contrary, new orders decreased by 3.4% in automobile and by 2.7% in “electrical and electronic equipment”.
Compared to last year, new orders are higher (+11.2%)
The quarterly level of new orders is 11.2% higher than a year ago.
