According to the business leaders questioned in June, the economic situation slows down again in the retail trade and in the trade and repair of motor vehicles: the synthetic indicator still loses two points and reaches its long-term average.

Recent sales declined, specifically in the motor vehicles sector. Overall economic expectations decrease again and go under their long-term average, indicating that retailers’opinion is a little more pessimistic about the economic situation in the trade sector. Expected sales and ordering intentions stabilise. Each of these two balances of opinion remains at its medium level.
