2010- n° n° Prices of second-hand dwellings rise in Q4 (+1.8%) Indexes of prices of second-hand dwellings - 4th quarter 2009
In Q4 2009, according to provisional results, prices of second-hand dwellings edged up 1.8% (sa & wda data, of which +2.1% for houses and +1.5% for flats). This rise followed a smallest one (+0.3% in Q3 2009).

Year-on-year, prices are still markedly down: -4.4%, of which -4.2% for flats and -4.6% for houses.
