According to the business leaders questioned in January, the economic situation improves slightly in the retail trade and in the trade and repair of motor vehicles: the synthetic indicator increases by three points from its long-term average.
According to the business leaders questioned in January, the economic situation improves slightly in the retail trade and in the trade and repair of motor vehicles: the synthetic indicator increases by three points from its long-term average.
Recent sales significantly increased, specifically because of the car sector. Overall economic expectations stabilize over their long-term average, indicating that retailers’opinion is quite optimistic about the economic situation in the trade sector. However expected sales decline and ordering intentions stabilize, each of these two balances of opinion remaining below its average level.
