According to the business leaders questioned in October, the economic situation in services becomes more favourable: the synthetic indicator rose by five points since September.

The business leaders surveyed consider that their activity kept increasing, though less strongly than in the past few months. According to them, the activity should continue to increase at the same pace in the months to come.

They expect an expansion of demand in the next few months: the corresponding balance of opinion rose sharply since July. The general outlook in services becomes more favourable.

The operating balance result went down less markedly in the last few months. It should continue to decrease in the next months.
