After many months where the prices declined, the prices of frequently purchased goods in large and predominantly food stores rose lightly in July 2009.

In large and predominantly food stores, the prices of frequently purchased goods were up by 0.2% in July 2009. They were decreasing since many months (-0.2% in June).

The year-on-year variation continues to slow: +0.4%, after +0.5% in June. In June 2008, the year-on-year change was +5.3%.
