Manufacturing industry
According to the business leaders questioned in September, the industrial economic situation in France continues to improve: the business climate indicator increases for the sixth month in a row. The turning point indicator stabilizes in the favorable area.
They are more and more business leaders who consider that their past activity rised in manufacturing industry. Stocks of finished goods decrease again and are rated inferior to their long-term average from now on. Total and export books grow slightly but are still considered as very low.
The personal production outlook for the next months continues to increase. The general production outlook, which represents business leader’s opinion on French industry as a whole, rises too.
