According to the entrepreneurs interviewed in July 2009, the economy remains sluggish in the building sector. The business climate synthetic indicator loses one point, down to 91.
The turning-point indicator is still in the unfavorable zone: the growth of the sector should remain below its long-term trend in the next months.
