Définition
A shop is a commercial retail outlet with a sales area.
Sales offices or showrooms, where orders can be placed, are considered shops, as are kiosks and permanent stands in stations, shopping centres or shopping malls.
Conversely, drive-through collection points, which do not have a sales area, are not shops. Mobile shops, market stalls, fairs and exhibitions do not have a fixed sales area in terms of space and time and are not considered to be shops. Finally, fully automated distributors are also not considered to be shops, regardless of their size.
