Sales outlets under concession contract are all commercial points of sale belonging to legally independent units linked to a network head by a concession agreement. A concession is an agreement whereby the head of network grants retailers (or concessionaires) the right to sell one or more products.
The concession agreement is based on the leasing of a brand name and the guarantee of territorial exclusivity for the concessionaire.
