In the first quarter of 2013, house prices decreased by 0.8 % compared with the previous quarter; new dwellings prices fell by 0.9 % while those of second-hand dwellings decreased by 0.7 %.

Year on year, house prices decreased by 1.4 %; the drop is higher for new dwellings than for those of second-hand dwellings: —1.9 % for the first ones versus —1.4 % for the second ones.
