This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2013 :

  • 01/01/2016 – Condé-sur-Huisne devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Sablons sur Huisne (61116) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2016 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Sablons sur Huisne en lieu et place des communes de Condeau (61115), de Condé-sur-Huisne (61116) et de Coulonges-les-Sablons (61125) devenues déléguées.
