This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2012 :

  • 01/01/2017 – Molineuf reste déléguée au sein de Valencisse (41142) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2017 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Valencisse en lieu et place des communes de Chambon-sur-Cisse (41033) et de Valencisse (41142).
  • 01/01/2016 – Molineuf devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Valencisse (41142) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2016 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Valencisse en lieu et place des communes de Molineuf (41142) et d'Orchaise (41169) devenues déléguées.
