This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2012 :

  • 01/01/2017 – Saint-Lupicin devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Coteaux du Lizon (39491) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2017 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Coteaux du Lizon en lieu et place des communes de Cuttura (39186) et de Saint-Lupicin (39491) devenues déléguées.
