- 15/12/2015 – Le Pont-de-Planches devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de La Romaine (70418) (commune nouvelle).
- 15/12/2015 – Création de la commune nouvelle de La Romaine en lieu et place des communes de Greucourt (70281), du Pont-de-Planches (70418) et de Vezet (70551) devenues déléguées.
