This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2012:

  • 01/01/2016 – Tourouvre devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Tourouvre au Perche (61491) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2016 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Tourouvre au Perche en lieu et place des communes d'Autheuil (61016), de Bivilliers (61045), de Bresolettes (61059), de Bubertré (61065), de Champs (61090), de Lignerolles (61226), de La Poterie-au-Perche (61335), de Prépotin (61338), de Randonnai (61343) et de Tourouvre (61491) devenues déléguées.
