Over a year, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) should rise by 3.7% in December 2023, after +3.5% in November, according to the provisional estimate made at the end of the month. The prices of manufactured products and energy should decrease compared to the previous month.
Year on year, the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices should rise by 4.1% in December 2023, after +3.9% in November. Over one month, it should increase very slightly (+0.1% after ‑0.2% in the previous month).
