This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2011:

  • 01/01/2019 – Saint-Germain-en-Laye devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Saint-Germain-en-Laye (78551) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2019 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Saint-Germain-en-Laye en lieu et place des communes de Fourqueux (78251) et de Saint-Germain-en-Laye (78551) devenues déléguées.
