  • 01/01/2019 – Le Chesnay devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein du Chesnay-Rocquencourt (78158) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2019 – Création de la commune nouvelle du Chesnay-Rocquencourt en lieu et place des communes du Chesnay (78158) et de Rocquencourt (78524) devenues déléguées.
