This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2011:

  • 01/01/2019 – Mortrée devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Mortrée (61294) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2019 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Mortrée en lieu et place des communes de Mortrée (61294) et de Saint-Hilaire-la-Gérard (61403) devenues déléguées.
