This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2011:

  • 01/01/2019 – Évron devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein d'Évron (53097) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2019 – Création de la commune nouvelle d'Évron en lieu et place des communes de Châtres-la-Forêt (53065), d'Évron (53097) et de Saint-Christophe-du-Luat (53207) devenues déléguées.
