This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2011:

  • 01/01/2017 – Lantheuil devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Ponts sur Seulles (14355) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2017 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Ponts sur Seulles en lieu et place des communes d'Amblie (14008), de Lantheuil (14355) et de Tierceville (14690) devenues déléguées.
