  • 01/01/2016 – Le Pont-de-Montvert devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Pont de Montvert - Sud Mont Lozère (48116) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2016 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Pont de Montvert - Sud Mont Lozère en lieu et place des communes de Fraissinet-de-Lozère (48066), du Pont-de-Montvert (48116) et de Saint-Maurice-de-Ventalon (48172) devenues déléguées.
