  • 01/01/2019 – Le Boulvé devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Porte-du-Quercy (46033) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2019 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Porte-du-Quercy en lieu et place des communes du Boulvé (46033), de Fargues (46099), de Saint-Matré (46278) et de Saux (46300) devenues déléguées.
